Does the signal degrade between floors (small house)? I have a very weak signal (1 bar) in the basement & on the first floor (2 bars). Which floor would be better served for placing the indoor antennae?
put it in the area where the signal is weakest. Make sure it is far enough away from the receiver as not to get feedback. (blinking lights).
