Had to return - ran very hot

My unit had something wrong with it. After transferring data from my computer, I plugged the device into my phone (Samsung Galaxy S9+) and accessed the data. Nothing complex - just some ebooks. After a few minutes, the unit was not just warm but very hot - uncomfortably so. I tested the port on the phone by using the adapter that came with the phone and a UBS thumb drive (also by SanDisk) - no problems with either the adapter or the thumb drive. A bit warmer than usual for a drive but nothing very noticeable. I contacted SanDisk and was told that the degree of heat was not usual and I should return it to Best Buy. I really like the idea of this drive but I think I will wait awhile before I buy it again. A few too many buyers have had the same problem. I am sure SanDisk will get it fixed - I have never had a problem with one of their drives before.

I can't recommend this case. I have had similar cases before with other phones. Unlike those cases, this case is very uncomfortable to hold when the cover is folded back. There is something odd about the structure of this case. I think that the spine needs to be stiffer. As it is, when holding the phone with one hand, the phone dips down and to the right while you are holding the back cover. You have to keep at least one finger beneath the phone. I'm going to have to buy another cover and this was a pretty expensive mistake.

This is a very nice little TV. I needed a TV for a limited space and this one is perfect. The sound is surprisingly good for a lower-end Samsung TV. It has plenty of HDMI ports. Is this charger compatible with the new Surface Pro 12.3" models?
I called the local Microsoft store before I bought this second charger. I was told the charger is compatible with the 2017 Surface Pro.
