The Geek Squad arrived poorly equipped to install the washing machine, did not even know what washing machine they were delivering and then left without emptying the box properly. I had to wait for nearly a week for the part that they left in the box and thus could not use my machine without babysitting it to prevent flooding. Customer service were inefficient and could not coordinate between themselves and the installer which would have saved a lot of hassle.

This machine seems at this stage after about two weeks of use, to be working and doing what it needs to do. Clothes come out smelling clean and the machine is pretty easy to operate. Follow the instructions if you don't want to have mould on the gasket.
