For the cost and functionality of the keyboard and mouse it's a good deal.
The only negative I have is that the mouse pointer will jump around from time to time or get shaky and depending on the surface you are using the mouse on, it may not read or react accurate.

The movie stayed as true to the book as it could. It was much more action packed and fast paced than The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey but they had to build the background up in the first film.

I have a toshiba c655. Can I use this as a remote keyboard. And will disable the keyboard on laptop
Yes you can use this keyboard but disabling the native keyboard on the laptop is not something that automatically happens when you use a USB wireless keyboard.

Can this keyboard be used with a Windows 8 Tablet?
Yes it can. I use it with my Samsung ATIV tablet and it works fine.

what drivers are needed for the mouse
The drivers should automatically install when you plug in the usb dongle. It should be plug and play.

How do you turn off keyboard?
doesn't turn off when i flip off mouses on button also the battery indicator always says it's at like half power
The keyboard doesn't turn off however it will go into sleep mode to conserve battery power. I've had mine for about 6 or 8 months and have only needed to replace the battery once.
