I still don't understand why I needed to buy another hose connector when there was nothing wrong with the one from my previous washer. I liked the idea of free installation; but, the costing of the "necessary" hose made the "free" not happen

Good washer. only problem I have had with it is that it is extremely deep and I need to "lean in" to be able to remove all clothes from the basket. That can also be a good thing as it holds quite a lot of laundry.
