Underwhelming for Clint Eastwood

15:17 to Paris just fell below my expectations. Of course Clint Eastwood in the director's chair is always a good idea, and the story is truly harrowing, and the use of the actual heroes is adventurous, but just like points in his previous movie (Gran Torino), you can tell which actors are pro's and which are amateurs.

I hooked it up directly to my TiVo to catch local channels and it catches over 25 here in South Texas, and it's very clear on the 4 big networks, which is what I use it for most. With so much information coming from the internet these days cutting my cable cord (and high bill) was a no-brainer. This TiVo comes with a lifetime subscription to TiVo service, so no more pesky monthly bills, and it also has a 1TB hard drive to record plenty of network TV, and my wife' beloved soap opera. With the digital antenna hooked up we get the 4 major networks (which is really all we need), and we get some bonus extra channels in my area, about 20 stations we may actually sit and watch, and a few more that we really don't. Still a great value with the big cable companies rising prices and low customer care I had to pull the trigger but it is well worth it in the long run.

.....that are coming out of my mouth?! Chances are you can't, but that doesn't stop the original Rush Hour from being a comedy classic. The next two sequels were funny as well. Both Chan and Tucker have comedic chemistry with one another and it plays well on screen. Highly recommended!
