I am kind of a snob when it comes to electronics, let me say I am no expert, I have had problems with other brands and so far I have never had any problems with my sony tvs [2], blue-ray players [2] or my sound bar. I would have given them 5 stars but nothing is perfect. The picture quality is great from the player.

I have had rubber hoses that dry rot. I replaced the hoses on my washing machine, dish washer, sinks and toilet tanks with stainless steel hoses. Trying to get insurance companies to pay for water damage is a pain. I have never had a problem with stainless steel hoses.

I had a front loader and it did not last 5 years. The drum snapped off the shaft due to a unbalanced load. I just started doing the laundry and was outside when the machine started to have a problem. I had a top loader that lasted 16 years. This new top loader is quiet and I have not had a problem so far. All machines should shut down when a load is unbalanced. I am sure their are better machines but being on a fixed income this was a good machine for the price. On a good note my wife will not let me due the wash or cook anymore.
