How long must you charge the controller?
I think the first time to fully charge it takes overnight. After that I keep one controller plugged in while I play using a second controller. Then I switch them around the next time I play. That way I never run out of battery life.

What colors are there?
As far as I know the standard colors are black, white, red, and blue. They had silver for awhile, which is my favorite. But I think they've discontinued it. The same for gold. I think you still can get it in camouflage also.

Will these work with PS 2 also?
No. As far as I know the Sony PS3 dual-shock controller works only with PS3, not PS2.
