Very good replacements for my Boston BA745's

My Boston BA745's have been failing on and off for the last couple of years and I've been looking for a replacement. Easier said than done as those speakers sounded incredible for their price. I also didn't want to play ?500$ for the bose speakers. All in all I'm very happy with the Klipsch speakers, the highs are clean and not shrilly, the bass is strong and deep. The midrange is a little muted for my taste but fine for computer speakers. For the price I don't think you can go wrong with these speakers.

I ended up giving up on multiple monitors, adaptors, and cables on my macbook pro and switched to the 27" Thunderbolt monitor.
Pros: Frees up my USB3 ports (hub in the back of the monitor), Great resolution and quality, fast.
Cons: Sometimes when my computer sleeps the monitor doesn't come up. This is a known issue at Apple and there are work arounds but it is annoying for a 900$ monitor!

Do I need a bluetooth TV or will this convert my TV so That I can use Bluetooth enabled speakers
This product is a Bluetooth "Receiver" so it will not convert your TV to "transmit" Bluetooth to your Bluetooth enabled speakers. This product seems more aimed at using a Bluetooth transmitter (like an iphone) to send to non-bluetooth speakers.

What is the voltage range of the power adaptor, 110-240V?
I want to be able to travel internationally with this. The specifications don't detail this.
The power adaptor is 110V to 240V, 50/60 Hz so you should be fine to travel with this to different countries.
