poor installation

couple of issues ::
- dryer came with dent in the bottom
- with missing steam hose
- broken legs
- with missing steam hose

couldn't exchanged it as it was open box item, had to call support 4 times and then the store to get someone to explain the issue. also the vent was not correctly secured and it was venting inside.

good dryer but poor installation service

Dry is good but the installation team damaged base of the dryer and legs were broken. this being an open box in store, couldn't get anything for this and they didn't install the steam connection. after calling support and then the store, now i am in the process of getting steam adapter and a possible geek support for installation. i wish was aware of the issues when the product was in store. also the connection to the vent wasn't good and the dryer was venting in house till i noticed it one day.

well its washer and it should be doing a good job washing clothes and i have no complains. it has good features you could wish for. after wash the clothes were dry enough to put it in hanger outside (in summer) and they will good to wear in few minutes. in winder for smaller load i have to run it for 20 min to get it completely dry
