This works just fine. The dryer I purchased had a water hookup for steam which required a Y for my cold water valve. The one that came with the washer wasn't the best so I had to grab one from a home improvement store after the fact.

I purchases a few of these after I bought the thermostat, and I love how they interact together. The ability to improve the awareness of your thermostat through the Protects as well as the ability to turn off the furnace if smoke or CO is present is also great.
My only issue is that there isnt the ability to change the range for the Pathlight (night light on motion sensor) which is roughly 20 feet. In a normal sized bedroom, any tossing and turning will trigger the light to come on.
However, you can deactivate this feature for one or all of the protects, and you can change the intensity of the light as well.

This unit has everything we could have wanted.
Bottom freezer with a ton of space, french doors with door in door for easy access and to reduce lost old air, and two ice makers.
The door ice maker works perfectly for every day use. The bottom ice maker pumps out ice when you need it for entertaining or keeping things cold during travels. The option to turn the bottom ice maker on and off independently from the door freezer is great.

This dishwasher works extremely well and is extremely quiet which is why the indicator light is beneficial.
However, make sure you read the instruction manual because there are so many features and tips to get the most out of this appliance.
Off the bat, the first load through the dishwasher didn't seem to get very dry.
After browsing through the user manual, I found the instructions on how to turn on heated drying as well as how to increase the temperature and drying time by selecting preferences to go along with the cycle I chose.

Noise?
How loud is this refrigerator when it starts and when its running?
We have the unit inside a built in spot with cabinets surrounding it and I don't think I've actually noticed it "running" yet.
I actually think the sound of the water filling up the two ice makers is louder than the fridge itself.
Definitely recommend this unit.
