Nice sound for the money + handy desktop input

I started shopping for affordable nice sounding speakers to replace the 15+ year old Cambridge Soundworks set that developed a bad connection. These popped up as highly recommended in the > $200 category. The desktop units are about twice the size of my old cubes, so a little more intrusive, which was the only downside from my perspective. What I really appreciate is having volume & subwoofer controls on one of the satellites. Also, the same speaker has a headphone output AND an aux input for an ipod. The aux input mixes with the main input allowing you to have computer audio mix with your ipod playlist should you choose. Overall, I am quite pleased.
