iopd will not take charge
Try it with a cable you know works (on someone else's device) and if that doesn't work, you either need to get the battery replaced or get a new ipod.

IS THERE A SMALL PROJECTOR TYPE THAT CAN BE PLUG TO A CELLPHONE TO VIEW MOVIES?
There are portable projectors and some can plug into adapters from the lightning plug on an iphone or ipad. Never seen anything like that for an android phone though.

You can't really force an upgrade.
Android:
Manufacturers will release updates to the OS after testing it on a particular device. The MFG chooses which models get the most recent updates, and when.
Apple:
If your phone is supported by an iOS release, you can easily update it on the phone or tablet itself. You should use a computer and iTunes to update as that will also update firmware on the device.

What is the batteries life expectancy, what kind of battery does it use, and is it replaceable? Also can it be used while connected to USB charger?
My plan is to buy a few for workers but if battery wont last long after a few months of continued use and recharge then better i go for something better.

Battery is internal and not replaceable by the end user. It will work while connected to the USB charger. I don't use mine heavily, so can't comment on months of continued use, but I still get 4+ hours on a charge.

Can I get a replacement for the USB transmitter?
I pulled the USB tx nub off my lap top in a hotel and left it there. Can I get a replacement?
You can try, but they're roughly $15 if you can get them at all. Just buy a $15-$20 mouse that uses the unifying receiver and there ya go.

What is the warranty on Ipod wall charger model dx-acdc2x?
I purchased the Dynex wall cha.rger (model dx-acdc2x) in January. As of yesterday, it stopped working. Is there a defect with this product? What is the warranty on it? It has the following label on it: ZT4AY2027320).

car charger will not connect to 2 aux power outlets in car, will connect to cigaret lighter outlet. suggestions?
Use the cigarette lighter outlet.

Does this charger work with the ipod Shuffle?
Assuming you have the USB cord for your Shuffle, or it plugs in directly to USB - yes. It is just a powered USB port... so anything that plugs into USB for power, it will work with. It does not come with a cable.
