State-of-the-art camera capture these naturally splendid but harsh locations as they undergo massive changes that very well may impact the climate for the rest of the planet. In addition to the environmental dangers for the globe, the series offers footage of animals as they adjust to these changes conditions, as well as the natural shifts that occur as the seasons change in these extreme climates. Alister Fothergill, the man who oversaw both Planet Earth and The Blue Planet: Seas of Life, served as executive producer for this project as well.

The producers of Planet Earth explore some truly remarkable creatures and their unique habitats, many of which have never been captured on camera before. Star nosed moles, Zambian bats, and the Vogelkop bowerbird are just a few of the creature's you'll encounter as the filmmakers take viewers to distant continents, using state-of-the-art filming techniques to drift along with migrating elephants, soar through the sky with monarch butterflies, and witness a mating battle (also known as a "heat run") between male humpback whales. A two week visit with some Komodo dragons allows us to witness with striking detail how the mighty, ancient beasts can manage the unique feat of taking down an animal that towers over them in size. The series concludes with a "making-of" special which reveals how the dedicated filmmakers worked for more than four years to deliver a nature series with the power to take your breath away. Narrated by David Attenborugh.

It's nice that this was included with half a dozen items I purchased over the holidays, but after putting together a mock order, I ended up not using any of them. You still have to pay shipping at checkout and there are a lot of add on's they're hoping you'll use that will increase your total. If you buy from them regularly, then this is a great deal. If you don't, then view it as a discounted trial.

I normally buy the Ultra drives, but this 4TB drive is an awesome deal. I've bought three so far and will probably buy more in the future. It doesn't have encryption like the Ultra, but I view that as a plus in the event that the controller fails and you have to pull the drive to rescue your data. The warranty is one year less at two years, but the savings offset that too.

I love this tablet and think it's an unbeatable value for either sale or regular price. I was having terrible WIFI issues with the 2017 Samsung Tab A 7" (drops as often as 8 in a minute) and when I sent it to Samsung for repair, they claimed it was fine and to check my network, despite the fact that NO other device dropped on the same network (including Samsung KS8000 television, 2 other Samsung tablets, Galaxy S5 phone, etc.) I've come to the conclusion that Samsung is all about marketing and image, but falls flat in so many important areas. I was obviously a fan previously, but won't be moving forward now that I know how they operate.
Now to the Fire HD8. Zero WIFI drops since I got it (yahoo!), nice screen, very durable, great layout, etc. I followed steps online to install the Google Play Store and now I have a tablet that I would take any day of the week over the smaller Samsung that costs 50-125% more than this. For the price, there's nothing I can really complain about. Very happy with my purchase.
Now to the Fire HD8. Open world games appeal to some and not to others. This title has specific missions, so although you can roam freely, the missions keep you on track. The Tom Clancy games usually don't fully embrace the capability of a system, but the action is good and they're usually pretty realistic. The original Evil Within was awesome and this furthers that. I have both PS4 and Xbox One X, so whenever there's an option at the same price point, I opt for the Xbox version, as it's usually enhanced or at least runs better on that system. Plus, I love the Xbox controller and only tolerate the PS4 controller. Anyone who enjoys adventure horror games, will appreciate Evil Within II.
