Samsung Smart tv and Netflix

We had Netflix working for a few days. Then it just stopped. We went back and tried setting up again, but can't get it to work. Is there any button on the remote that could have stopped it. Or something else you might know.
This is a issue regarding your internet (router) and Samsung. Contact Samsung and they can walk you through the fix.
