My wife and I have no complaints on this Washer. We thought it looked great, was priced great for all the options on it and Samsung is known for great customer service. Have not had a chance to use all of the option because there are so many but maybe soon. This wahser saves alot of water using the jet technology and spins like 90% of the water out of the clothes before you even get it to the dryer. So if you pair it with the matching dryer between the pair you will save money in the long run with utility. Energy star compliant. Can not go wrong! Thank you Samsung for a great product

Great Dryer with all the options

My wife and I have no complaints on this Dryer. We thought it looked great, was priced great for all the options on it and Samsung is known for great customer service. Have not had a chance to use the steam option on it but have dried things using the rack inside (shoes,hats, etc.). This dryer does not over dry either. So if you pair it with the matching washer which spins what seems to be 90% of the water out of the clothes between the pair you will save money in the long run with utility. Energy star compliant.
