Pros: Small form factor, water proof, decent image quality (with sufficient lighting), remote & voice control.
Cons: Expensive (camera & accessories), lighting needs to be ideal to obtain good picture quality, image stabilizer needs to be improved, touch screen not easy to control.

In general, this gimble works well with my GoPro 5 Black. It is solidly built, movements are smooth, reasonably priced, came with a nice case, and email support was prompt. However, there are several areas for improvement. 1) The original gimble came with 4 X 900 mAh batteries and a charger, the new ones only have 1 X 2000 mAh battery with no external charger, a bad way in cutting cost given that it will not last all day. 2) Website is outdated, the "new" battery is not even available for sale at the website (where can I buy it?) and there is no info about the battery change. 3) The design to secure the GoPro needs to be changed. Ideally, it should be a quick release since users cannot access any cover on the GoPro while it is mounted. It becomes a hassle when users need to change the SD card, battery, connect the USB cable, or to charge the GoPro. 4) Since GoPro 5 came waterproof, it makes sense to design the gimble at least rainproof.
Overall, this gimble does what it meant to do; with some improvements, it can greatly improve customer experience.
