Great for the kids, not the parents

Overall it served its purpose, but I probably wouldn't recommend it or buy another.

What's great about it: perfect for backseat passengers to share a mobile dvd player
What's not so great: the driver cannot use the rearview mirror, and reaching something in the backseat is a PITA.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
