This is a great way to get in shape. The 30 day challenge works your entire body, with enough variety to keep interest. The rest day after two workout days is well received.
What's great about it: Keeps you motivated throughout the 30 days
What's not so great: placement of nunchuk too precise, have to be almost perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!
