I actually had the two songs on this CD when I ordered this CD, but I was ordering it to get the t-shirt. You'll pay $25 minimum at a show when you buy a shirt, but with this item, you pay $11.99 for a two-song CD single and a shirt. My only beef is that the shirt size was a large which I didn't learn until after it arrived. There was no option to buy an extra large shirt (or a small or medium); but typically, the shirts in these sets is an XL, so I was disappointed with that. It fits, but I like my shirts loose and this one is a bit more snug than I prefer. Oh well.

Aquaman? As the Lead Character?

I know what you're thinking - why is Aquaman the lead character? Who cares? And I don't blame you for thinking that. But this isn't the same wimpy Aquaman from the old Super Friends show. No, this guy is a bit edgier and far cooler than any Aquaman than you've ever seen. I suspect that this movie was made to set the tone for the Aquaman in the upcoming Dawn of Justice movie and it works. The animation is typical of DC's quality (very good) and the story is even better. Fun for any age superhero fan.

Interesting Movie

This is a tough movie to watch at times because you just want to backhand Fletcher (played brilliantly by J.K. Simmons) sometimes. He pushes Andrew (Miles Teller) to his limits and then some, but his goal was to make Andrew the best musician he could be. And it worked. Irritating, aggravating and inspiring all at the same time.

I love this show. House of Cards is the best show on TV now and, possibly, ever. I cannot recall a drama I've enjoyed more, much less a political drama. I highly recommend this show, but be sure you start watching with season one as each year builds on the previous one.

Bill Murray At His Best

In a lot of ways, this movie made Bill Murray a star. He was already well known from Saturday Night Live, but Caddyshack elevated his career to a new level. It has a ridiculous plot as the entire movie revolves around a country club golf course, but Murray adds the degenerative aspect which is in stark contrast to the rest of the cast. It needs to be seen to be fully appreciated and I suspect most readers of this review have already seen it more than a few times. Still it is a classic from its era.

A Very Good Sequel

The original K-A (Best Buy won't let me mention the proper title as it is, apparently, inappropriate language) was a surprisingly enjoyable movie so I was very interested in the sequel. While K-A 2 was not as good as the original, it was still very enjoyable and well worth seeing. The absence of Nicolas Cage and his character were definitely noticeable, but the new characters did fill some of the void and the group of villains added the baddy factor as well as many of the comedic touches to keep things light while maintaining the action. Overall, I give it a solid four out of five stars.

I Love This Bluetooth

This is my second Voyager Legend bluetooth headset. The first one lasted about 3 years and took a beating during that time. I was very happy with the first one, but this new one is even better. When fully charged, it provides 7 hours of talk time instead of the six provided by the older one. It charges much faster. It's much easier to turn on and utilizing the voice control is also easier. Again, I was happy with the first one I had, but this one makes it very obsolete and its functions work so much easier. I highly recommend this item if you're in the market for an excellent bluetooth headset.

Better Than I Expected

I didn't have particularly high expectations for this latest revamp of the TMNT's. It was a Christmas gift for my son who was mildly interested. I honestly think his true reason for wanting to see it lies in his 15 year old hormones and Meagan Fox. But I have to say the movie was better than most of the reviews I had read and the few reports I got from people who saw it in the theater. While it was certainly not the best action movie of 2014, it was entertaining and worth the two hour investment. It has a decent story, some funny bits, a couple cool action sequences and Meagan Fox is pretty easy to look at even if her acting isn't all that great.

I liked Myles Kennedy from his work with Slash so when I saw Alter bridge's debut CD in the cut out bin for $5, I figured it was worth the chance. And what a great $5 purchase it was. I tend to prefer harder rocking songs and this CD certainly delivers on that; but even the slower songs are excellent. Kennedy and Mark Tremonti really nailed it on this record. If you like Slash's solo work, then you will probably like this CD too. Sadly, for Alter Bridge, each of their subsequent CDs have failed to live up to this one in my opinion.
