The reason for the 3 star's is it gets very dusty on the control panel as it is exposed and low to the ground so it gets dusty very easily. Again, you must and dry, wiping it down after each use with a soft cloth. Leave open to dry, then close.
I've used it a number of times, but I see now they are designing these extra little washers on top of the washing machine now. I would definitely prefer that one to this one as a sliding drawer.

Enjoying the dryer

Easy to use, extremely efficient with little drying time needed. Sweet little melody when it's finished. Cons: the door seems quite heavy for it's hinges. As I see it shift when I open and close the door, I see this product possibly having hinge problems. I'm hoping I'm wrong, but I'm covered with the geek squad warranty!

Disappointed in Whirlpool

This was an open box item, when delivered, the freezer door looked buckled, which made the seal gap which caused a "snowing" effect on our frozen food.
When we purchased the item, we didn't see, nor was it brought to our attention. When we went back to the store, and spoke to Andrew about possibly a new drawer or front to fix the problem so we could keep the fridge. He told us he couldn't help us, and informed us, "we got a good deal on the refrigerator", and couldn't help us with fixing the refrigerator. We called geek squad, they said Whirlpool didn't have a replacement. We went to the Lancaster store, where they returned it for us and sold us a side-by-side.

All the bells and whistles

It's a great washing machine, it cleans well, and has a sweet melody when it is done. The cons: you have to wipe it down after every use then leave the door open so it doesn't rot the rubber seals. It has so many selections, which I thought I'd use, but so far, not really, but I've only had it for a month ☺️
