There's not much to say about a dryer vent hose. I like this one because it appears that it's not plastic and should last a long time. The delivery technician installed it, so all I can see in the back is about 6" of hose going into the vent. It's something you have to have and I'm glad I got a new one.

The technician installed the hoses upon delivery, so I wasn't involved in that. The stainless steel looks much better than the old rubber hoses and I assume will last longer.

The delivery and installation was on time and efficient. The technician started the machines before leaving to make sure they worked properly. I love the graphite steel color and the flat top design. I've never owned such a "cool" dryer. I'm still learning all the digital settings and have not used the steam feature. I can't imagine why I would need it when everything dries so wonderfully that I can just hang them on a hanger. I was a little (really quite a bit) concerned with the price of the dryer, I could have gotten one for less, but I'm so glad I made the decision to get this one.

I love my new graphite gray LG washer. I upgraded from appliances that were 15+ years old. The delivery and installation was fast and efficient and they started both machines before they left and made sure they were working properly. I'm still learning all the digital controls and settings but learned the basics quickly so I could wash everything in sight. I have had the machine a couple weeks and I still like to stand and watch the routine it goes through to weigh the clothes and get started. The little tune it plays when it's finished reminds me of a 50's TV show theme song. I didn't think I could be so excited about a household appliance.
