I have two of these light strips and three of the Hue Go lights. They simply make the lighting wonderful and create a great ambiance. The bridge allows you to control them all from your smart device easily and they can be timed to come on at a level of your choice. A great choice for something different with lighting.

How does it get power? Does it have batteries and come with a charger?
The light strips just plug in, no battery. Other Philips Hue products charge and you can move them around. An example of that would be the Hue Go. Lasts about 3 hours off the power cord depending on brightness and color.The light strip does a great job of complimenting other Hue products.
