Bought this one to compare 4k with blue ray does have better color and sound but pic sharpness wasn't noticeably better but it's probably due to my projector being 2k based on 1080p and splitting pixels to get 2k not true 4k

Extremely happy with this projector no regrets coupled with elite 120h screen for impressive 2k picture, it's not full 4k but does very good job with good sources, suggest control light for best results, sale price of $1999 was well worth it for big screen viewing, quiet fan and is plenty of lumens especially if control room lighting, excellent color and picture except for most discriminating viewers, haven't used my 70" 2k tv since bought it, love the huge picture, 3d not bad depends on the source but always seems that way no matter what tv is used, usually would rather watch in hd rather than 3d, also like the motorized picture adjustment makes it worth the extra money over manual adjustments any day

Happy over all streams well and plays discs well but was very disappointed it doesn't have a zoom feature which I like for getting a larger picture when movies are in the 2:35-1 letterbox format so I gave it a 4 star rating, the dual hdmi was a must for the hdr since my receiver although fairly new is 4k compatible but not hdr compatible so needed the video output to connect directly to my projector (which is a pain to switch to watch 4k hdr content but not the fault of the player) and the audio hdmi output for my receiver, was a very good deal on sale at $215 but personally wouldn't pay more than $250 for it unless it had zoom feature included

Denon AVR supports 4K but not HDR. Do I sacrifice, HDR video or HD mstr audio. If I connect to tv, it will pass Dolby D 5.1 audio, via Optical digital cable . Don't know if it will pass HD mstr audio. Also. why would I need 2 HDMI outputs on 4K player?
Connect the video hdmi to your 4k tv/projector and the video hdmi output to your receiver for full hd sound that is the purpose of 2 outputs on your player to get best picture and sound however when connected this way you lose on screen GUI from the receiver....... minor bummer
