Am I obliged to take out a cellular contract with Verizon at time of purchase? Can I purchase and not take out the Verizon contract or wait and take out at a later time? Thank you -
Im not sure what you mean by "take out". VZW ipad can be contracted with month to month payments or pay off the entire ipad at time of activation for significant lesser price than month to month purchase. Once its paid off you're not really contracted anymore you're just paying for monthly service,you can sever your service with VZW but you wont have the cellular option on the ipad.
