Devastated on Xmas Day 2017

Dura VR Drone. Bought this for my Son for Xmas. Went to park together on Xmas day, to try his new toy out. Wouldn't sync, then out out no where, the Drone took off. Straight up into the sky. I'd say well over 400'. We kept an eye on it until it wasn't visible anymore. Factory Defect, after all you would assume the if the drone is out of range, it would eventually fall back to the ground. Right?? So my Son (9year old)looked at me and said, "Awww man... Dad.. There goes my Xmas present, it Freaken flew to outer space. So I thought that was funny and naturally I laughed. My son was so devastated he cried. What really made me angry was the fact that I emailed and called Customer Service of the Manufacturer, with no response yet!!! Don't buy this drone. Very bad experience. It would mean the world to my Son if the Manufacturer or Best Buy would replace it with the Kaptur GPS drone. Let's see what happens. I'm taking my experience to all of social media. I hope Best buy comes through with that awesome customer service.
