The second season of Nashville continues to follow country music stars Rayna James (Connie Britton) and Juliette Barnes (Hayden Panettiere) navigate the ups and downs of the music industry and their own tumultuous personal lives.

As Season 3 of this political drama opens, the affair between Olivia (Kerry Washington) and Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) threatens to become a full-blown scandal until Cyrus (Jeff Perry) and Olivia's team find a way to spin things. However, other major problems continue to surface, including the dangerous moves made by B613, which is run by Olivia's estranged father, Rowan (Joe Morton); and secrets surrounding the mysterious Operation Remington. Meanwhile, as the presidential election gets underway, Cyrus and Mellie (Bellamy Young) work on Fitz's reelection campaign; Olivia tries to help Congresswoman Josephine Marcus (Lisa Kudrow); and Cyrus attempts to plot the downfall of Vice President Sally Langston (Kate Burton).
