The hose we received with the Washer/Dryer set as noted here. Just rubber hose. Will replace in a year. Didn't want to take the time when installing to go get more.

Very nice looking and quiet. Wife being a Nurse makes the steam sanitizing very appealing. Large capacity fits our space constraints.
Matches the washer. We just don't like the new matching washer which we bought because of the recall. If the quality of the dryer holds up we may consider more Samsung but because of our experience with the new washer we likely will not buy Samsung again.

We purchased this because of the Samsung recall. I am a fan of Samsung but will no longer buy their appliances.
This new one doesn't spin out as well (recall issues I suspect) and have to jump through hoops to get the recall completed.
Its a nice looking washer with lots of options and one of the largest open top on the market. Space constraints make those important to us.

Fits better than front loader

We had a recalled washer from Samsung and bought new for the extra refund. The new don't spin out as well so Samsung didn't IMPROVE the washer, just slowed it down. The new washer is better looking but less quality for more money.
I think I would have spent my RECALL REFUND on another brand even though I am a Samsung fan (generally speaking).
Like the steam cleaning options for washer and dryer.
