Does the wifi handle a 5Ghz signal?
I can't tell on any specs from best buy if the WiFi Card is 802.11 a/b/g/n or ac. the only one that can see the 5ghz network is the 802.11AC

do i need to buy another cable for the 4K to work for my cable box and PlayStation 4 console?
No it's the same hdmi the ps4 and cable box won't be 4K but the tv will upscale it so u don't know the difference

I own both a lg and Samsung the picture quality I would say is better then the lg or has a more crisp picture. It doesn't have as good as the Samsung. But is still a great tv

I have a Samsung 4K and the picture quality is pretty similar I also own a lg 4K and I believe the Visio has a better picture then the lg. Seems more crisp
