A Required Accessory for your Kitchenaid Mixer

I bought this flex edge beater as an accessory for my wife's Kitchenaid Mixer. It works great! My only caveat would be to not run the mixer at high speeds. Because it touches the side of the mixer it can throw the mixed material out. If you run your mixer at a low speed you will not have any problems.

I bought this Kitchenaid Artisan Tilt Stand Mixer for my wife at Christmas. She absolutely loves it! We use it all the time. In fact, she looks for recipies that require mixing ingredients so she has an excuse to use it. Clean up is easy. If you are thinking about buying this mixer, quit thinking and just go buy it!
