This sub is very loud and reaches some lower frequencies than most of the subs I looked at. However, at loud volumes the bass does not stay crisp and clean. It can actually get rather distorted at loud volumes, which is a turnoff. I got this for $100 and don't think it is worth any more than that.

I got this on sale for $70, I wouldn't pay more than that for it. They work well, sound is loud and not distorted. Remote is kind of flimsy, doubt it will hold up. The powered USB port in the back is good for my Chromecast Audio, but it creates some interference and causes a hum in the background. I had to use a separate power source.
