I bought this washer almost a year ago when Samsung did a complete recall giving the option of a refund in the form of a rebate, plus a discount on the washer or a repair of your unit and an extra year warranty. We opted to get a new machine since our warranty woukd be new again and the rebate amount was more than enough to cover the replacement. Anyway, this washer is great! And HUGE!
