Unfortunately I got a dud

I wasn't able to keep this new washer. After trying all different types of loads, sizes, soap I realized the washer was defective. It would not spin enough to drain all the water out of the clothes, to the point I was able to twist an item upon completion and water would easily drip out. Thankfully Best Buy was excellent about processing my return without any guilt and has me up and running with a different model, but new machine.
