We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

Great team when they finally showed up!

Very friendly and easy to work with delivery guys when they finally got to my home. However, it took five scheduled deliveries to get this done! Unbelievable situation that honestly took over one month from date of purchase to get the washer delivered to my home. Best Buy scheduled, sent confirmations, but did NOT SHOW UP for four other delivery dates. We waited, tried to call, had to go back to retail store to then get more broken promises....and then 5th try was the charm and nice guys showed up with the washer and installed in 20 min. and departed. Best Buy did partially compensate me for these hassles, but what a saga! I gave five stars for the delivery guys who did great work, but the software integration and scheduling system get "0" stars!

Good - not perfect

Looks very nice, works well, but does not operate perfectly. Due to the HE aspect / low water usage, this machine can someones allow spotting with debris/sand/dirt getting grouped or clumped in areas on clothing. It does not happen all the time, but does happen more than expected (most typically with dark colored items).However, it runs quite, operates efficiently, etc. Best Buy had huge issues with delivery and it was the 5th scheduled delivery before they actually showed up to deliver and install. No...I am not making that up! However, they did end up compensating for some of my delivery hassles.
