So far everything is even better than expected. I don't know what's better, the washing machine or the sales and service we received from best buy. From the point of sale to the great delivery men, this has been perfect. We were apprehensive about buying major appliances from best buy. When I grew up Sears was the gold standard for buy appliances. Well I can tell you Best Buy is certainly a top contender. We shopped the the usual places and Daniel at Best Buy was by far the leader. he is exceedingly knowledgeable about his products and knows how to treat his customers. We will certainly be back!
