Don't let large music, digital photo, video and data files slow your computer down, store them on these long-lasting, nondegradable DVD+R discs.

Love these discs. They just work. I've never had a failure, either writing or reading.

If I scan photos to computer and burn to DVD, can I use them on my DVD player on my TV?

If your player is sophisticated enough to play DVD-RAM / DVD-ROM, and you stored them as a file system (folders, files) then probably yes. If you have a simple player, then you'll need to make a full movie DVD with a DVD movie tool and do a "slide show" or something. Lots of movie makers for download, and burn to DVD.

Some home players will play double layer (home burned - they all play commercial double layer of course), some won't. So watch your capacity (4.7GB is single layer, safe, 8.5GB is DL and might be an issue on some players).

What's the difference between Sony 10DMW47SS and sony 25dmw47? Both are sp 2X 4.7 GB DVD-RW Disc

I usually use the 1st one but I'm looking for a less expensive and this appears to be identical not sure
Don't know about 10DMW47SS but about ...SP: You're right, they're almost identical in the specs that are published... 2x write, 1x rewrite, 4.7GB. the 10DMW retails around $1.70/disc (pricier since lower qty) and 25DMW47SP is about $0.90/disc. Why spend about double -- unless you only need a few (not 25)?
