I lucked out big time. I was on website at 12:00 sharp and purchased the 8TB and 4 TB and decided not to look at anything else and at 12:01 the site crashed for me. I heard much later that if you checked in as guest you got thru easily. Try to complain nicely. I asked to have a special sale for Elite and Elite Plus members but have not heard back. Tried to get 4K movies but they were stuck in cart and when site worked most were sold out.
