The hoses are fine, but be aware that they are twice the price you would pay for a much higher quality hose from one of the large retailers.

Installers damaged our home

Verified Purchase:Yes
During installation the installers broke our catch basin that the washing machine sits in case there was ever a leak. Not only didn't they bother to let me they broke when I contacted Best Buy they push you off to a third party that never did bother responding to my calls or emails. Now some 5 weeks later they have told me to get it repaired on my own and then they will pay be back the cost of the repair/replacement. Best Buy may have competitive prices, but in regards to service you get what you pay for.
