Does this unit fit a 2013 Buick Lacrosse leather edition and will it work with the steering wheel controls?
I just had this radio installed in my 2012 toyota tacoma. There were 2 additional items I had to purchase for it to fit in the dash, and to work with my steering wheel controls:

Metra - Installation Kit for Most 2012 and Later Toyota Tacoma Vehicles - Black
If you have space for a double din radio, I'm sure they will be able to order what is compatible with your buick.
