the tempered glass is a must own, even if you bought the geek squad protection. most people don't acknowledge it but an iphone 6 retail starts at $749.99. why not spend another $35 to give that screen a little more protected. also, getting a replacement through their lifetime warranty is only $3.99. really worth it.

i have an apple ipad and need to obtain a recovery disk for it so that i may recover my ipad through itunes. do you carry this item
best buy doesn't sell the software. the only thing i can think of, if you want to get service through best buy, is to contact geek squad. a back up and recovery service costs $99

the phone will be usable and once you get it unlocked and the sim card activated. once you activate the sim you will get a cell phone number. you do have to subscribe to t-mobile's plans which include unlimited talk and texts.
