I was told I must buy this or Void my warranty. The 4' cord I had was fine. Be sure to ask if it's necessary. I didn't challenge the floor associate and the installer told me I could take it back for a refund but who do you believe when it comes to the possibility of a voided warranty contract??

I was told I Must purchase this, or void the warranty. It's incredibly flimsy in comparison to what I had already. I had good quality HVAC duct pipe. This is not worth the $20 The installer threw away the clamps and used foil tape to attach the pipe !
