I bought this vent kit with the purchase of my Samsung – 7.4 cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Electric Dryer with Steam. In the past two months I have not had problems with my dryer (I also purchased the washer). I'm giving this product three stars as I had to purchase all cords, hoses, and vents separately when buying my washer and dryer. This being my first major appliance purchase, I assumed cords and hoses would be included. This drastically increased the price of my bill.

I purchased this dryer about two months ago as a last minute purchase prior to reading reviews. I like its style and size. Unlike other reviews, I have not experienced noise issues, however, I did not purchase the pedestals. To be honest, my salesperson didn’t suggest pedestals, hence a reason why I didn’t consider purchasing.
Cons, there is no variability on the pre-set washing cycles, which seem to be longer than my last washer. It’s hard to input liquid detergent and bleach in the small drawer, however, that may be due to the size and location of my laundry room.

NICE Practical Dryer

I purchased this dryer on a whim as my old dryer stopped working. When looking I was immediately drawn by the style, size, and color. I am quite pleased with my purchase and the performance. They dryer makes little noise and is large enough to dry my comforters. Problem points, the dryer’s lint trap is ridiculously flawed. The plastic strip running down the middle of the lint trap makes cleaning very difficult. Making it virtually impossible to remove all lint collected. The preset functions (e.g., dryer times) cannot be adjusted. Drying cycles seems to take longer than others.
