Does this Roku tv have the WWE Network and MLB TV?
Those are the only 2 things I mainly watch.
It will have whatever Roku channels a Roku box has available. MLB is one of those subscription channels available.

can you record shows dvr style?
This TV has no recording abilities. It will only stream.

Can you connect to wireless speakers?
Sure if you have a receiver that has wireless speakers. This TV doesn't have a bluetooth or anything like that for pairing wireless speakers.

Internet access WIFI vs. LAN
I'm interested in buying this item but, I have Cable & Internet from same company & the connections for both run through a Modem. Standard cable to TV & a LAN connection to computer for Internet access. My computer has WIFI but, it's turned off due to not needing it because of the LAN wired connection. How can I use the RUKU Internet portion with set-up as described above?
You need to have a Wifi router or turn on the Wifi on your cable box. This TV doesn't have a wired connection for network available.

Do you have to pair the remote for these tvs like you do the Roku boxes?
I'm looking at using two of these tvs in the same room and hope that you have to pair the remotes so if I change the channel with one remote it doesn't change the channel on both tvs.
It comes with a Roku remote specific for the TV. If you have a cable service box on a HDMI port you will have to pair that remote for sound to work.

can I use headphones with this TV?
Yes, but I would recommend a at least a 20ft cord on the headphones. TV doesn't have bluetooth.

Are there any streaming services that we are not able to use on this tv?
Well, you can't stream Apple iTunes movies with out the AppleTV. There may be some services for TV channels that offer streaming, but in all the major streaming from HULU to AMAZON to Netflix are all here.

Do you have to have the pad connected to power to charge the phone?
Do the pad have a battery in it or do it need to be connected to wall plug in order to charge phone?
Yes, in my experience the power had to be plugged into the pad.
