Charged but not used by installers.

Had to hire a "handy man" to come and install the lines--they left old lines and told me I had to call a plumber. Local handy man told me I did not have to call a plumber and he was able to do what should have been done by installers. Sorry, but I am a widow and have to rely the I am being told the truth about these matters. Next time (if I use Best Buy again for installations--will think twice and call my own installers.

This gas line is required for successful hook-up of your new dryer in your home. Our delivery personnel will determine what type of gas line is needed based on your local housing code.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

Was charged by Best Buy for installation and washing machine and dryer lines and dryer vent line. Installers did not use either--used my dryer vent line and took the new one--same with washing machine installation. When I tried to call Best Buy was put on hold for so long I just hung up! Also, had to hire a "handy man" to hook up new washing machine lines.

Good Dryer

Dryer is working fine right now. My only concern is that I was charged for new dryer vent pipe and they used the same one that was there. Same thing happened with washer--they did not install new washer pipes and had to call a "handy man" to come and install new lines to washer. Dryer is working fine and I am OK with it --did not want to spend a lot of money on a new dryer.

Washer makes a lot of noise!

Will have to call to find out why this washer makes so much noise! While filling, during rinse cycle and while spinning. Do not think the installers balanced the washer and hope that is why it is making so much noise. Moves and dances around my laundry room floor. HELP!!!
