Great Film! Mediocre Blu-Ray.

Terrific movie. A movie about survival and hope through incredible odds. Blu-Ray is serviceable due to the age of it's release; the sound is good but the picture quality is not perfect and the lack of special features that were excluded from the 2 disk special edition DVD (fans of the film may know about) is my quarrel with the disk. I'm a bit picky when it comes to that stuff lol but, for the price I got it for was 5 dollars, I suppose i'm pleased with the buy. My fingers are crossed for a remastered anniversary blu-ray!!

If you were like me, a Neill Blomkamp fan who thoroughly enjoyed all of his films but had not have any of them on Blu-Ray yet, this collection is a godsend! May not include newer special features of the films, but does include a great book outlining facts on all three films including the incredibly underrated film Chappie, and all three films from previous releases with original special features intact.
