We can't go into the utility room when the dryer is running due to the hole in the vent. Excessive heat and unbelievable list blowing in the air. If installers had done a decent job, this would not have happened. Despite numerous calls, the problem has not been corrected.

Did not change the hoses

I paid for new hoses because they said I had to, but the installers did not put them on as they said the old ones were too corroded. That is ridiculous. We live in a hard water area and although I have a softener, there is still corrosion so this could not have been their first encounter. They should have changed the faucets, if that was necessary to properly install the hoses. Despite numerous calls to the store, nothing has been done.
