Our installation team was great. They arrived 10 minutes early to the scheduled time, called earlier in the day for time confirmation, and were in and out in a short period of time. If you are stacking your washer and dryer, and need the door orientation flipped on the dryer, make sure that the salesman inputs that in the delivery instructions for the install team AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE!

We weren't 100% sold on stacking the units, so we did it initially, with the understanding that we may revert back to side by side. We like the stacked configuration, and created a folding station next to the washer/dryer in our small laundry room. The bracket is a must have, if you want to stack the washer and dryer.
