Is it 4K compatible
Not really sure... but runs from optical or HDMI Cable.. but 4k being picture quality.. which nothing is really televised in 4k yet. Im sure would produce sound.

What is the warranty for this camera?
Think Best Buy has 15 days return exchange 30 if ranked as higher purchaser. . I believe like other electronics 1 year manufacturer warranty. I purchased D7100 Love it.. works great. .. lots of options. . But great photos
