Somewhat faster router than the Belkin N

The Linksystem AC 1600 is some faster than the Belkin N but not nearly as fast as I was led to believe by the sales personnel. I still have to sit and wait for WEB pages to load using the Electric Power Board Fiber Optic system and page changes are still slow. Perhaps I should have purchased a faster AC system, the Linksystem AC 1900 which was recommended by an independent testing lab.

Flexability of base that is in contact with Dash
Is the base that comes in contact with the dash rigid? or is there any flexibility to "mold" shape to the dash?
There is some flexibility if you only have to bend or mold it slightly. This is what made it a perfect fit for my RX350 dash.
