the technology involved in putting this film together was something else. Looked very real. Loved the character voices. Storyline is a little different than the original. They touched the song from the original but didn't spend a lot of time with it. My 4 year daughter was a bit scared at times. But fun film. Play Blu Ray on 4k UHD Player on a 4k Tv. Awesome. It helps. The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars is because Disney has not committed to 4k UHD Blu Ray. This movie would be amazing in 4k UHD HDR. I hate wasting money on dated tech. Blu Ray is done. Disney needs to get with the times.

The best way to get 4k HDR Ultra Deep Black content on your tv. When paired to a 4k TV that has HDR and Ultra Deep black, this makes video clarity unparalleled and uncompromised. Tough to beat. A bit pricey and the movies are limited, but more and more titles are being released. Well worth it. Fast start up times. Must have for your 4k systems

This is the best of the best. Top in class. 4k OLED HDR Ultra Deep Black. I have mine connected to a Marantz SR7010 and the Samsung - UBD-K8500, which is the only 4k Ultra Blu-Ray Player to get. HDR when paired with the K8500 is amazing. DeadPool and the Revenant are must have 4k Ultra Blu- Ray Movies. Things to know - the sound bar does not come off. It is not huge but you cannot remove it. All four HDMI inputs have Ultra Deep Black. Absolutely no black clipping / pixelation distortion. Each individual pixel can be turned off to create true black where other tvs try to create the color black, this tv omits light to make black... Best tv on the market

Can this player be stood upright
I have mine wedged behind my tv on its side. I have had it where the top of the player was leaning against the wall but the disc would slip off the tray when closing. If you have the bottom of the player lean against the wall the disc will remain in the tray and play just fine. I do think it vibrates / hums a bit when playing the disc because of how fast the disc spins. But it works just fine on its side.
